Grievance Officer

Last updated: September 2026

caio.ltd is an intermediary: it publishes advertisements written by the people who use it. Rule 3(2)(a) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 requires us to name a Grievance Officer and to publish how to reach him. This page is that, and the details below are the ones a complaint should be addressed to.

1. Who he is

Name
Manish Jagdish Thatte
Designation
Grievance Officer, Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited
Email
support@caio.ltd — please put Grievance in the subject line so it is recognised as one.
Postal address
C-102, Acropolis Apartments, Thatte Nagar, Nashik - 422005, INDIA
Company
Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, CIN U43900MH2023OPC413456

Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited is a One Person Company, and Manish Jagdish Thatte is both its sole director and its Grievance Officer. Saying so is more useful than implying a department. That address is the only published contact channel — there is no phone line to publish and we will not print one we do not answer. Support is by email; there is no round-the-clock telephone desk.

2. What he can be asked about

  • A listing, photograph, message or review that breaks the law or our Terms.
  • Content that infringes your copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property.
  • Anything impersonating you, or publishing your personal information without your consent.
  • A decision of ours — a listing removed, an account suspended, a report closed — that you believe is wrong.
  • A complaint about how we have handled your personal data, or a request under our Privacy Policy that we have not answered.
  • A payment or refund matter that support has not resolved — see Refunds and Pricing first, because most of them are answered there.

3. What to send

A complaint is easier to act on when it identifies the thing complained about. Please include, as far as you can:

  • Your name, and an email address we can reply to.
  • The web address of the listing, profile or message concerned — the URL from your browser is ideal.
  • What is wrong with it, in your own words.
  • If you are claiming an infringement, enough to show the right is yours: a registration number, a link to the original, or a statement that you are the owner or are authorised to act for them.

4. How quickly you are answered

  • Acknowledgement within 24 hours of the complaint reaching us, with a reference you can quote.
  • Resolved within 15 days of receipt, and we tell you the decision and the reason for it — including when the decision is that we are not taking the content down.
  • Within 24 hours for a complaint about content that exposes a person’s private area, shows them in a sexual act, or is an impersonated or artificially generated image of that kind. That content is removed within that window, which is a shorter clock than the fifteen days above.

Those are the periods set by Rule 3(2) of the 2021 Rules, and we hold ourselves to them rather than to something vaguer. They are a different thing from the general support target on our Contact page, which covers ordinary questions.

5. If you are not satisfied

Reply to the same thread saying so, and the matter is looked at again by the same officer — there is no larger organisation behind him to escalate to, and pretending otherwise would waste your time. Formal legal notices are effective only when sent to the registered office above, marked for the Director.

Nothing on this page limits any right you have to complain to a statutory authority or to go to court.
