Deleting your data

caio.ltd is operated by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. You can delete your account and the personal data held with it at any time, whether you signed up with an email address, with Google, or with Facebook.

If you can sign in

Sign in at caio.ltd/auth/signin.
Go to caio.ltd/auth/delete-account.
Confirm the deletion. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@caio.ltd from the address on the account, or tell us the email address you used. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, name, email address, profile photo and bio.
Your listings and the photographs uploaded with them.
Your saved searches and notification preferences.
The connection to your Facebook or Google account, including the identifier that provider gave us. We never receive or store your password from them.

What is kept, and why

Records of completed payments are retained where company and tax law requires it. Where a message or a review is part of another person’s record of a transaction, it may be retained in a form that no longer identifies you.

Revoking Facebook access only

To disconnect caio.ltd from Facebook without deleting your caio.ltd account, remove it under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook. Doing that stops future sign-ins through Facebook; it does not by itself delete the account here, so use one of the routes above as well if that is what you want.
