Delivery and Activation

1. Nothing is shipped

caio.ltd sells no physical goods, and Saptarang Ventures (OPC) Private Limited ships nothing to anybody. The only things sold on this site are the two digital listing promotions set out on our pricing page:

• Featured Listing — 7 days.
• Keyword Boost — 7 days.

There is no consignment, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address. Nothing will ever be sent to your home, and nobody from this company will ask you for a postal address in order to complete a purchase.

2. When your purchase takes effect

Immediately, and electronically. When your payment provider confirms the payment, the promotion is applied to your listing automatically and the clock starts at that moment. There is no processing queue, no business-hours delay and no approval step between paying and the promotion running.

You can see it has happened in two places: the listing itself shows as promoted on its own page, and the confirmation screen links to a receipt for the purchase, at a URL you can return to. A keyword boost is confirmed by email as well; a featured listing is not, so check the listing.

Confirmation normally arrives within seconds. Some payment methods — net banking in particular — hand back their result more slowly, and a promotion starts when the money is confirmed rather than when you pressed the button. If the payment page tells you it succeeded, the promotion is coming even if the listing has not updated yet; reload the listing after a minute.

3. What each promotion delivers

A promotion buys placement, for a fixed number of days, and nothing else. It does not promise views, enquiries, offers or a sale, and we do not claim it will produce any — what it does is set out product by product on the pricing page.

The days run continuously from activation, including weekends and holidays. If you buy a second window for the same listing — and, for a keyword boost, the same word — while the first is still running, the new one is added to the end of it rather than replacing it: two purchases give you 14 days, not 7.

4. If you were charged and nothing happened

That is always refunded in full. It is the first case in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and we would rather hear it from you than discover it ourselves.

Email support@caio.ltd with the order reference shown on your receipt, or the date, amount and payment method if you cannot find it. We answer within one working day. If the answer does not resolve it, the complaint can be escalated to our Grievance Officer.

5. Goods sold between users are not our delivery

caio.ltd is a noticeboard. When you buy a bicycle from somebody you found here, that sale is between the two of you: this company does not hold the goods, does not arrange carriage, does not take the money and cannot deliver, track or return anything. Nothing on this page applies to it. See Terms section 6.
