Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What this policy covers

caio.ltd sells exactly two things, and this policy is about those two things only:

• Featured Listing — 199 for seven days (2.99 if you are paying from outside India).
• Keyword Boost — 99 for seven days (1.49 if you are paying from outside India).

Posting a listing, replying to one, and every other feature of the site is free, so there is nothing to refund.

This policy does not cover money that passes between a buyer and a seller. caio.ltd is a noticeboard. When you buy a sofa from somebody you met here, that money never reaches us and we cannot return it. See our Terms, section 5.

2. Cancelling before it starts

A promotion starts the moment the payment is confirmed, so there is no window between buying one and it running. If you close the payment page without paying, nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.

3. When we refund in full

• You were charged and the promotion never ran. Always refunded in full, and we would rather you told us than discovered it yourself.
• You were charged twice for the same promotion. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• We removed the listing. If we take down a listing you had promoted, for any reason other than a breach of the Terms by you, the unused part of the promotion is refunded.
• You changed your mind within 24 hours and the listing has had no meaningful benefit from the promotion yet. This one is at our discretion, and we apply it generously.

4. When we do not refund

A promotion that has run for most of its seven days has delivered what it was sold to deliver, and being unhappy with the number of enquiries it produced is not grounds for a refund — we sell placement, not results, and we say so before you pay. Neither is a listing removed for breaking the Terms.

5. A refund ends the promotion it paid for

When a refund succeeds, the featured window or keyword boost it bought is withdrawn automatically. If you had bought two weeks and one is refunded, the other one keeps running — only the refunded week is taken back.

6. How to ask

Email support@caio.ltd with the order reference from your payments page. We answer within one working day and tell you the decision and the reason for it.

7. How long the money takes

Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with — we cannot send them anywhere else. Once we raise the refund with our payment provider:

• UPI, net banking and cards: 7 to 10 working days. UPI refunds are only ever processed at the standard speed; there is no instant option for them, so please plan for the longer end of that.
• PayPal: usually a few working days, though your own bank may add time on top.

If it has been more than ten working days since we told you a refund was approved, write to us again with the same reference and we will chase it with the provider.

8. Who takes the money, and what appears on your statement

Payments on caio.ltd are collected by Saptarang Ventures (OPC) (P) Ltd., which owns and operates this site, and are processed by Cashfree Payments (India) or PayPal (international). A refund is issued by the same company through the same processor.
